Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including statements of witnesses pointing towards the alleged role of the present petitioner and the injury report which shows a severe injury inflicted on an eye of the victim leading to globe rupture and iris tissue prolapse, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2421 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
