Mr. Sankar Nath Mukherjee, Mr. Niraj Gupta ....for the petitioner Ms. Sipra Majumder, Ms. Prativa Ghatak ....for the State The petitioner submits that since after separation with his wife, the private respondent, has not been able to see or trace out her daughter in the recent months. The petitioner married again. The petitioner has complained to the Panskura Police Station, but in vain.

The Panskura Police Station submits instructions to the State Advocate dated 21.07.2022.

It appears therefrom that the daughter Sajeda Khatun, is now 28 years old and living with her mother.

The petitioner has, therefore, thoroughly misled the Court.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
