Records reflect that the subject-matter of challenge is in respect of civil court's order in matrimonial execution proceedings.

This Court is lacking jurisdiction to take up such matter. As such, petitioner intends to withdraw the revisional application and approach the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.R.R.2085 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

The department is directed to return the certified copy of the trial court orders and applications to the petitioner if the same is replaced by photostat copies.
