Mr. Md. Wasim Akram ...for the petitioners Ms. Subhasree Patel Ms. Suparna Chatterjee ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case and both the sides suffered injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and refers to the case diary including the injury report and the statements of witnesses including the injured. She submits that a further case had to be started for threats given by the petitioners.

Considering the serious nature of allegations, the inflicting of injury on vital parts of the body like head and the alleged roles ascribed to the present petitioners, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
