The petitioner is aggrieved that the respondent no. 7 is obstructing construction on his property. This Court is of the view that the remedy of the petitioner is before a civil forum.

Counsel for the State submits that the proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. have been drawn up against the private respondents. The O. C., Khejuri Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
