1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The earlier prayer of anticipatory bail moved by the present petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench on 02.05.2023 in CRM (A) 1850 of 2023.

3. Now the present bail application is moved on the ground that charge-sheet has been filed in the meantime.

4. Our considered view is that filing of charge-sheet is not a supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. The application being CRM (A) 2752 of 2023 is dismissed. (Chitta Ranjan Dash, J.) (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
