Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he purchased five trucks from the authorised dealer and the trucks are hypothecated to the HDFC Bank Ltd. The petitioner approached the registering authority for registration of the trucks upon payment of requisite fees which was turned down by the authority without assigning any valid reason.

The petitioner prays for a direction upon the authority to cause registration of the vehicles in his favour, in accordance with law.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the registration of the vehicles of the petitioner was turned down due to some complaint received by the authority. The complaint has been enquired into and the authority

has agreed to cause registration of the vehicles in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 4th respondent to cause registration of the vehicles of the petitioner and issue certificate of registration in the name of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order subject to the petitioner complying with all necessary formalities.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
