The subject-matter of the case relates to an order dated 11th June, 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Incharge), Hooghly in connection with Chinsurah PS Case No. 25 of 2018. The said order was passed almost seven and half years ago.

Having considered the time period which has passed in the meantime, I direct that if similar situation persists and/or there are changed or supervening circumstances which call for interference in respect of the order of bail granted to the accused/o.p. referred to in the application, a fresh application be preferred before the learned jurisdictional court. The learned jurisdictional court would assess regarding the genuinity of the same and exercise its discretion while disposing of the application. No interference is called for at this belated stage. With the aforesaid observations, CRM 6072 of 2018 is disposed of.
