CRR 2519 of 2009 31.08.2022 Court No.34 Item No.18 Saswata In the matter of : Subrata Chakraborty ... petitioner Mr. Satadru Lahiri Mr. K.C.Das Mr. Safdar Azam ... For the OP no. 1 Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ... For the State 23rd September 2022 has been fixed for execution of the warrant. The revision was preferred in respect of a case under the provision of N.I. Act relating to an offence in the year 2005. The learned Trial Court has arrived at its verdict of conviction which was confirmed by the learned Revisional Court in Criminal Revision no. CRR 159 of 2008. As the Trial Court and the Revisional Court has already gone through the merits of the allegations and both of them have concurred with the findings, I am of the opinion that further re-assessment by this Court is unwarranted.

Through out the month of August, the petitioner is unrepresented before this Court. Although, learned advocates for the private opposite party and the State is represented.

The report received by the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 14th Court, Calcutta reflects that already warrant of arrest has been issued for execution of the sentence and has been fixed on 23.09.2022 to persue the same in accordance with law.

So far as the revisional application is concerned, CRR 2519 of 2019 is dismissed.

The department is directed to send back the Lower Court Records
