3. On 20th July, 2022 and 20th September, 2022 the petitioner prayed for time.

4. On 28.11.2022 the petitioner remained absent. The petitioner again remained absent on 14.02.2023.

5. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

6. Accordingly, this PIL is dismissed for want of prosecution.
