Mr. Suchindram Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appears for the respondent nos. 2 and 3. He submits that, the writ petition has become infructuous. He submits further that despite notice, the writ petitioner is not represented.

Mr. Abhirup Chakraborty, learned counsel appears for the respondent no.1.

In view of the above, WPA 12566 of 2016 stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
