Petitioner by filing this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 sought for quashing of the proceeding being Misc.

Case No. 142 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Bolpur, Birbhum arising out of application under Section 18/19/20/21 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The case is pending since 2021. In spite of such pendency no one turn up to proceed with the case , it seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application No. CRR 2088 of 2021 is dismissed being non -prosecution.
