The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding arising out of ACGR Case No.4564 of 2018 pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas arising out of Behala Police Station Case No.346 of 2018 dated 20.09.2018 under Sections 289/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since listing.

3. The leaned Counsel for the State is present.

4. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the learned Trial Court shall follow the guidelines of this Court passed in CRR 447 of 2021 while disposing of the case before it finally.

5. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for,

be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
