Mr. Rishabh Ahmed Khan Mr. Aman Jaiswara .....For the petitioner Essentially, two prayers are pressed in this habeas corpus writ petition. The first prayer relates to the information of the minor children of the petitioner.

It transpires from the records that the petitioner is aware of the location of all her children. Apparently, there are matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and her husband. The minor children are with the husband.

The second prayer relates to police complaint which the petitioner lodged.

In a habeas corpus writ petition, we need not enter into such arena since there exists statutory alternative remedy so far as the police complaint is concerned.

In such circumstances, since the custody of the children stands identified and since no special circumstances are brought to our notice for invoking extraordinary writ jurisdiction of a habeas corpus writ petition in relation to custody of minor wards with their father and since we are not in a position to return to a finding that such custody of the father is illegal, we are not minded to pass any further order in the habeas corpus writ petition. W.P.A. (H)/53/2025 stands disposed of.
