Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners as well as opposite party no.2 on call.

This instant revisional application filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 thereby the petitioners/accused sought for quashing of charge sheet vide C.S. no. 373 /21 dated 26th June, 2021 in connection with Domjur Police Case no. 649/20 dated 1st January, 2020 under Section 498A/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of D.P. Act and 3(s) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

This case pertains to year 2021 from the perusal of the status report it appears that the trial is continued and next date posted on 24.4.2024 for evidence.

Under the above facts and circumstances it seems the petitioners have not interested to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 2090 of 2021 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information and taking necessary steps in the accordance with law.
