Condition of bail i.e. not to enter Domjur P.S was imposed on the petitioner in order to ensure no adverse influence on the victim. She has not yet been examined.

Under such circumstances we are not inclined to waive the condition of bail at present.

We direct the trial court to examine the victim positively within one month from the next date fixed for recording evidence. 4.
