The petitioner is in custody for more than a year and renews her prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. The call detail records of her mobile phone have not been sent for forensic examination. The gait videography does not implicate the petitioner. Her finger prints obviously matched with the chance finger prints taken from one of the furniture of the house since the petitioner being the mother of the deceased resided in the same house. She prays for bail. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 26th February, 2025 considering the material on record. The child of the petitioner was found murdered. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of one of the co-accused has been turned down by this Court on June 19, 2025. The petitioner is in custody for more than a year. The sixth witness out of 15 to 20 witnesses proposed to be examined

by the prosecution is likely to be examined today as informed. Offence, if proved, shall attract mandatory life imprisonment. Considering the material on record, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
