1. Considering the nature of allegation and the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner to the commission of alleged offence and that the mobile has not yet been seized, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 3.

CRM (A) 2201 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
