Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as inspite of information being furnished to the police authorities relating to cognizable offence, no steps have been taken.

Mr. Yusuf, learned Additional Governmnt Pleader appearing for the State submits that on receipt of the information Ashoknagar Police Station case no. 471/25 dated 25.07.2025 has been registered for investigation. Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 4 to 6 is present.

Having considered that steps have been taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 15526 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
