Ms. Goswami, Learned Advocate appearing for the appellant, points out that at internal page 19 of the Judgement and Order of this Court dated 20th of February, 2023, paragraphs 2 and 3 thereof require to be corrected as follows:

First, with regard to paragraph 2, WPST 86 of 2022 should be substituted by WPST 86 of 2021. Second, the Notification dated 10th of September, 2021 stands quashed should be read as Order dated 10th of September, 2021 stands quashed.

Let the above corrections be incorporated in the Judgement and Order dated 20th of February, 2023.

Let this Order be treated as part of the Judgement and Order dated 20th of February, 2023. Registry to take steps.
