There will be, however, no order as to costs. In Re: W.P.A No. 16713 of 2021

1. The writ petitioner is a candidate who participated in the recruitment process of the DPSC, Howrah for the year 2009.

2. The issue has been dealt with by this Court in detailed judgement passed in WPA 3268 of 2015 dated 09.04.2024. Since the writ petition has been

filed in the year 2021, the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of the said order subject to the verification of all documents and the bone fide of the petitioner.

3. The DPSC, Howrah shall after compliance with all formalities and Rules issue necessary letter of appointment to the petitioner.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
