Joshi Ms. Priyanka Garain .........for the opposite party no.2 The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of GR (S) No.740 of 2022 arising out of Hare Street PS case no.174 of 2022 dated 23.06.2022 under Sections 403, 406, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the IPC pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. Learned counsel for the State has filed a report from which it appears that the proceeding in the present case has ended in FRT. Considering the said report of the officer-in-charge, Hare Street PS which is kept with the record, the present revisional application has now become infructuous.

CRR 2568 of 2022 is thus disposed of as infructuous. All applications connected thereto, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties as expeditiously as possible after compliance of legal formalities.
