The direction passed by the Block Development Officer, Contai-I Development Block dated November 11, 2019 vide Memo No. 858/B has not been implemented till date.

By the said order the Block Development Officer directed the District Nodal Officer, SSK-MSK Cell, Purba Medinipur to disburse honorarium of the Sahayikas in accordance with the calculation mentioned in the said memo.

None represents the State respondents despite service.

As the Block Development Officer already calculated the honorarium payable to the Sahayikas, accordingly, the Block Development Officer ought to ensure that the honorarium mentioned therein be disbursed in favour of the Sahayikas at the earliest. The Block Development Officer, Contai-I Development Block is directed to get the order implemented through the District Nodal Officer, SSKMSK Cell being the respondent no. 4 at the earliest but

positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The payment ought to be disbursed in favour of the Sahayikas within the time limit stipulated hereinabove.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the Memo No. 858/B dated November 11, 2019 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Notice showing service upon the learned advocate representing the State respondents be retained with the records.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
