Bulti Baidya None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 10.01.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Petitioner has preferred along with the criminal revisional application, another application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to pray for condonation of delay of 179 days in filing the present revision case.

The grounds pleaded to justify such delay, by the petitioner did not appear to the satisfactory and sufficient. Hence, there is no cogent reason for allowing petitioner's prayer for condonation thereof. On the grounds as above, petitioner's prayer under Section 5 of the Limitation Act as well as present revision case is dismissed being barred by limitation.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all the requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
