He prays for bail on such score. In view of such submission medical report was called for.

Learned Counsel for the CBI opposes the bail prayer and submits petitioner had absconded for eleven years. We have perused the Case Diary as well as the medical report. Medical report shows petitioner has been given adequate medical treatment. His condition is stable at present. On the other hand, conduct of the petitioner is not appreciable. He had absconded for more than ten years. Materials on record show large number of fake Indian currency notes (FICNs for short) were recovered. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
