2. In the fourth line of paragraph two of the order dated 1st July, 2024, the name "Manoj Kumar Sil" shall stand corrected to read as "Monoj Kumar Sil".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 1st July, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 1st July, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
