The grievance of the petitioner has partly been taken care of by this court by an order dated June 6, 2022, passed in WPA 18203 of 2021. The police authorities have already registered an FIR pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner vide Hasnabad PS Case No. 620 of 2021 dated October 16, 2021 against the respondent nos. 6 to 10. The report filed by the police authorities is taken on record. The investigation is in progress.

With regard to the allegation against the police authorities of obstructing the petitioner's peaceful possession over Plot No. 868 to the extent of 48

decimals, and in respect of which Title Suit No. 122 of 2020 is pending, the police authorities shall ensure that the order passed by the learned civil court is complied with and the order of injunction against the respondent nos. 6 to 10 is implemented. The cause of action of the respondent nos. 6 to 10 in Title Suit No. 162 of 2020 in respect of Plot No. 829 has not been gone into this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
