Mr. Samik Sarkar ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against an order dated April 23, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Nabadwip, DistrictNadia in Title Suit No.58 of 2024. By the order impugned, the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the opposite parties was allowed thereby rejecting the plaint. Since an order rejecting the plaint is a decree within the definition of Section 2(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, this Court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision application.

Petitioner is left free to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the above observation, CO 2481 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
