It appears from the record and instruction of the Officer-in-Charge, Nowda Police Station, district - Murshidabad dated 24.07.2022 that a non-prosecution case being No.

dated 21.07.2022 under Sections 107/116(c) of the Cr. P.C. has been filed. There is family dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. Due enquiry has been made.

This Court is, therefore, satisfied that there is no inaction on the part of the police. The Officer-in-Charge, Nowda Police Station, District - Murshidabad shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The instruction of the Officer-in-Charge, Nowda Police Station, District - Murshidabad dated 24.07.2022, addressed to the State advocate, is taken on record.
