In view of the clear finding by the Trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court that the chain of title is established and the impugned deed of sale would show that Jamat Ali Mondal delivered possession in favour of Kartick Chandra Debnath supported by entry in the L.R.R.O.R., we do not find any substantial question of law involved in this second appeal.

Accordingly, the second appeal stands dismissed at the admission stage.
