-vsMr. Sumit Gupta arising out of WPA No.10199 of 2019 Mr. Manoj Kumar Roy ...for the petitioners Mr. Chandi Charan De Mr. Rabindra Narayan Dutta Mr. Hare Krishna Halder ...for the contemner Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties, and considering the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the alleged contemner, particularly paragraph 12 on page 19 thereof, this contempt petition is disposed of in view of the fact that the alleged contemner is agreeable to comply with my order dated November 15, 2019, alleged to be violated, by making payment to the petitioners pursuant to the award dated June 23, 2016 along with statutory interest, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and subject to final outcome of the appeal filed by the alleged contemner and on condition of furnishing indemnity bonds by the petitioners, within two weeks from date and subject to compliance of formalities by the petitioners which the alleged contemner shall indicate to the petitioner, within a week from date.

With the above observations and directions, CPAN No.757 of 2021 stands disposed of.
