1. Opposite party nos.2 to 5 were granted pre-arrest bail. Thereafter they have been released on regular bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits opposite party nos.2 to 5 herein have misused their liberty and are threatening witnesses. A complaint has also been registered.

3. Learned Advocate for the opposite party nos.2 to 5 denies and disputes such allegations.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 5 herein has been challenged on the ground of misuse of liberty. Allegations with regard to misuse of liberty are general and omnibus. No specific incident of threat or intimidation has been pleaded in the application.

5. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 5 herein.

6. However, in order to supervise their activities, we direct the opposite party nos.2 to 5 herein to meet the Officer-in-charge, Jagatballavpur Police Station once in a week until further orders.

7. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (DB) 2680 of 2023 is disposed of.
