Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners are contesting in the forthcoming Panchayat Elections. There is FIR No.227 of 2023 dated 10th June, 2023 under sections 341, 325, 326, 307 and 34 of the IPC registered by the Islampur Police Station against the petitioners.

Subject to the petitioners' cooperation in the investigation, let no coercive measures be taken against any of the petitioners by the State Police in respect of the aforesaid pending FIR or any other FIRs that may be registered against them until 15th July, 2023. 4.

Since the petitioners are named accused in the FIR, they shall inform the officer-in-charge, Islampur Police Station on each day from tomorrow at 10 am of their availability and their contact numbers. They shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Islampur Police Station until 15th July, 2023.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
