On the submission of Mr. Mitra on February 25, 2022 the correct order of dismissal of the writ petition for non-prosecution is already in the file and signed by me. However, by mistake another order was placed in the server on February 25, 2022, when the writ petition was erroneously directed to appear under the heading "For Order (Old Matters)". The same stands recalled and set aside.

The correct order dated 25th February, 2022 which remains in the file is the order by which the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. The said correct order is directed to be placed on the server forthwith. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
