Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are trying to encroach upon the property of the petitioners and to that effect, they have been creating disturbance and annoyance to the peaceful enjoyment of such property. Petitioners, as such, are unable to peacefully cultivate the land and/or harvest the crops.

The police authorities at the relevant point of time considering the dispute and difference between the parties drew up proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C.

Having considered that the police authorities are aware regarding the dispute and difference between the petitioners and the private respondents over the dispute so far as the land is concerned, I direct the police authorities in case there is crisis of

law and order, they would regularise the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16512 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
