Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Despite service of notice, State is not represented. 3.

The petitioners are named accused in FIR No.284 of 2023 dated 25th June, 2023 under sections 120B, 285, 286, 326, 511 of the IPC registered by the Contai Police Station.

Admittedly, there is no recovery of any arms or ammunition or bombs from the petitioners. Let no coercive measures be taken against any of the petitioners by the State Police in respect of the aforesaid pending FIR or any other FIRs that may be registered against them until 15th July, 2023.

The petitioners undertake before this Court to act as responsible citizens and not violate the provisions of law.

The petitioners over phone shall inform the officerin-charge, Contai Police Station on each day from tomorrow at 10 am of their places of residence or where they are normally available and their contact numbers. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.
