State of West Bengal and another On August 3, 2022, when the matter was last taken up for hearing, an adjournment was sought on the ground that Mr. Rozario, Advocate did not have instruction to appear on behalf of the petitioner any longer.

When the matter is called on today, none appears to present the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, WPA 16744 of 2021 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
