The present criminal revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 13th Court at Alipore, South 24 Paraganas in Criminal Appeal under the provision of Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in Criminal Appeal No.239 of 2017 arising out of order dated 22nd November, 2017 in M. Ex. Case no.36 of 2017 emanating out from the order passed in ex parte on 25.08.2015 in A.C.M. case no. 2672 of 2014 under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 The matter was last heard on 09.06.2023.

There is no representation on behalf of either side. Accordingly, the present criminal revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present revisional application before the appropriate forum.

The revisional application being CRR 2571 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court at once.
