The statement prima facie has the signature of the wife of the deceased respondent no. 3.

It is further submitted that all the dues as directed by the award has been paid by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 has placed documents in support of his contention that they tried to communicate with the respondent no. 3 but have not received any response as the service has been returned with the endorsement deceased. Let the said documents also be made part of the record.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as infructuous.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
