Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a dealer in same kind of products which were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws attention of the Court to the seizure list and the contents of the case diary. Considering the materials in the case diary and the fact that some of the stolen goods were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail (CRM 6711 of 2021) is rejected.
