Case No. 900 of 2021 arising out of Amta Police Station Case No. 100 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Amta, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order of expeditious disposal of the matter.

This Court is informed that charge sheet was filed on April 30, 2021 and charge was framed on June 16, 2023. The next date for recording evidence is fixed on May 03, 2025. Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the revisional application being CRR No. 2630 of 2024 is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Amta to dispose of the G.R. Case No. 900 of 2021 arising out of Amta Police Station Case No. 100 of 2021 pending before him as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.
