Mr. Bikram Banerjee, Mr. Arka Nandi .......for the petitioner Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client wishes to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action with better particulars subject to limitation and the principles in delay and laches.

Such leave is granted to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the petitioner as mentioned hereinabove.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
