Petitioner has approached this Court as he is dissatisfied with the progress of the further investigation. The report submitted by the State in connection with Nalhati Police Station case no. 369/2023 reflects that warrant of arrest has been issued against the accused persons. Police authorities have conducted raid but till date has been unable to trace out the accused. It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned advocate appearing for the State that WPA 5160/2025 was disposed of on 18.03.2025 for being monitored by the SDPO/Additional SP of Rampurhat who is in-charge of Nalhati Police Station.

Having regard to the same that the harsher process of law is pending which has been issued by the jurisdictional Court. The whereabouts henceforth would be informed every 30 days by a forwarding which would

be sealed, stamped and cross-checked by the Additional SP or the SDPO, Rampurhat who is monitoring the case being Nalhati Police Station case no. 369/2025. With the aforesaid observations WPA 15533 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
