The petitioner complains of alleged inaction by Bolpur Police Station in respect of a complaint dated 25th August, 2021, inter alia, addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Birbhum.

The petitioner may approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
