The report of the Registry dated 29th August, 2024 does not appear to be correct.

It appears from the record that by an order dated 7th December, 2018, CRMSPL 87 of 2016 along with CRAN 3457 of 2016 were dismissed as withdrawn. Prior thereto, on 3rd August, 2016, CRA 446 of 2016 was also allowed to be withdrawn. 3.

It appears that no steps have been taken pursuant to the Court's order dated 7th December, 2018.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this proceeding. The matter shall be treated as disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
