And In Re : Mantu Manna ..... petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ..... for the petitioner Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that learned Magistrate failed to consider the gravity of the offence and without looking into the case diary had granted interim bail.

As the opposite party no. 2 has been enlarged on interim bail, we give liberty to the petitioner to appear before the court below and object to the confirmation and/or seek cancellation of interim bail in accordance with law.

With these observations, the application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
