1. Appellant/ Vidyasagar Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. Paschim Medinipur, is represented by the learned Advocate.
2. Nobody is present on behalf of the respondent/accused nos. 1 and 3.
3. In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court a report is submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Jhargram Police Station, Dist.-Jhargram indicating that the direction passed by this Court has been duly communicated to the respondent/accused nos. 1 and
3. Despite receiving such information they did not venture to appear before this Court.
4. During course of hearing a letter of authority issued by the General Manager dated 13.06.2025 is handed over by the learned Advocate for the bank.
5. The said letter of authority states that Sri Subir Banerjee, son of Late Sushil Kumar Banerjee, Duplexpaaty, Kumar Para, Chandarnagar, P.O.-Chandarnagar, Dist.- Hooghly is authorized to conduct the present appeal on behalf of the bank which is pending before this Court and to take decision with the interest of the bank. It is said by the learned Advocate for the appellant that the present authorized person representing the Vidyasagar Central Co-operative Bank Ltd.
Paschim Medinipur, does not intend to proceed further with this appeal. The letter of authority issued by the General Manager of the bank dated 13.06.2025 be taken on record.

The instant appeal is preferred at the behest of the appellant/complainant bank challenging the impugned order dated 25.02.2005 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Jhargram in connection with the Criminal Revision No. 288 of 2002 wherein the revision preferred by the appellant challenging the order passed by the trial Court was dismissed and the accused/respondents were released from the case.
7. I have gone through the impugned order passed by this Court dated 25.07.2002 and I find nothing material to interfere with it.
8. Accordingly, the instant appeal be and the same is dismissed on merit affirming the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court dated 25.07.2002.
9. Thus, the criminal appeal being CRA No. 514 of 2005 is hereby dismissed on merit.
10. Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent down to the Trial Court immediately.
11. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
