Mitra ... for the State Learned advocate for the petitioners renews the bail prayer of the petitioners. It is contended that they have been falsely implicated.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. The said materials show petitioners and others had committed the murder. Their bail prayer had been rejected earlier.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
