Mondal ....for the respondent nos. 7 to 10 The petitioner complains that notwithstanding FIR being No. 65 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022 registered in the Kaligunj Police Station Case under Sections 447/325/326/354/506 of the Indian Penal Code, the private respondents/accused have not been arrested.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that all the accused persons are on bail.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. Even otherwise, as to whether the accused persons are required to be arrested or not, is a matter within the discretion of the Investigating Officer, and the Cr.P.C.

In those circumstances, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
