1. The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding in connection with Daspur Police Station Case No.141 of 2021 dated 17.03.2021 under Sections 498A/323/354B/307/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipore, Ghatal.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners since listing.

3. As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Mr. Bitasok Banerji, learned Advocate, who is present in Court is requested to represent the State. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize his appointment.

4. Considering the nature of the proceedings in the present case and the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate the issues raised in the present revisional petition at the time of trial.

5. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
